Hello all,
Has anyone taken a Spanish linguistics college class? I have been told that the course focuses on the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA), which is composed of mostly symbols and diagrams.
Any information about the accessibility of IPA would be greatly appreciated.

hi:

The IPA is not accessible electronically. You could use the jaws dictionary manager to label all the symbols, this would of course require you to get some serious help. Otherwise unfortunately, use braille or you're screwed.
